Alsatian drinks S’amer

The Kéfir

is a fresh, sparkling and lively drink. Kefir can be likened to a sour lemonade. This drink is made from kefir grains, to which water, sugar and fruit are added. Naturally rich in probiotics and low in sugar. Has dietary and purifying properties. No additives or flavourings.
Organic and fair trade ingredients.
Sold in large and small bottles.

LIMO’S lemonade

Between tradition and modernity, Limo’s lemonade is a childhood memory to be served chilled… and the only artisanal lemonade factory in Alsace.
All lemonades are made from natural extracts and syrups prepared by the manufacturers themselves.

Meteor brewery – the beer !

The Météor brewery puts all its know-how at the service of quality and taste. Established in the alsacian country, this independent brewery brews beers of character that are appreciated by beer lovers.

Crémant d’Alsace FRIZZ

Ideal for your Spritz this summer ! This Crémant Blanc de Blancs from the Cave de Cleebourg will be the ideal Crémant d’Alsace for your Spritz this summer.
What characterises this crémant is its low sugar content (around 20g) which the cellar describes as “beautiful sugar”. This crémant also has a “fine gourmet bubble” and a subtle acidity that gives it a nice balance. You can also enjoy it with pieces of fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries).

Microbrewery ‘Le Refuge’

4 types of beer are available:
– blonde ale
– witbier
– amber ale
– india pale ale
The brewery uses raw materials of organic origin as much as possible, pays special attention to taste and safety throughout the production process and uses resources responsibly.
The bottles are returnable. You can return empty, rinsed bottles to the shop.

Strawberry or blueberries nectar

Made with strawberries or blueberries from the farm in season. This nectar will seduce you with its freshness, its good balance of sugar and acidity and its summer taste.
To be drunk as a fruit juice or in cocktails. Serve chilled.

Tomato juice

Made with tomatoes from Alsace.
Can be eaten neat but can be seasoned with celery salt, lemon, basil, parsley, olive oil or tabasco.
Create the tomato juice to your taste!

Birch sap

Sève Up birch sap is a drink made from the sap of the birch tree, which grows in the Nordic regions and in Northern Alsace.
Birch sap, this spring elixir, is plant water, also called “birch water”, which comes to nourish the tree every spring. Birch sap is a pure and natural product that drains the body at the end of winter and recharges your batteries after the winter. The sap has draining, revitalising and depurative properties. By its depurative and detoxifying side, it fights against the excess of acidity in the body and water in the tissues.
The ideal cure for a change of season is to consume the sap in the morning on an empty stomach for 3 weeks, at a rate of 15 cl per day.
Sève Up birch sap, fresh from Alsace, certified organic, is a fresh, unpasteurised product, without preservatives, which must be kept in a cool place (between 2°C and 4°C) from harvesting to consumption.
